1979 Degree of aircraft design from Military Academy in Brno, Czech Republic.
1979 - 1985 LET Kunovice, aircraft designer.
1985 - 1990 Sales Manager, OMNIPOL a.s.
1990 Founded J.S. Consulting company.
1990 - 1997 J.S. Consulting cooperated with Rockwell Collins and Scandinavian Avionics A/S company.
1997 Founded the ČLS a.s. company with the other shareholders.
1997 - 2010 Managing, Financial and Commercial director of ČLS a.s.
2010 Managing and Financial director of ČLS a.s.

1984Finished his studies at Secondary Technical School of Elektrical Engineering in Prague, Czech Republic.
1984 -1988 Employed for 2 years as a technician of functional verification at final assembly, 3 years as an aircraft electrician in Letecke opravny Kbely s.p.
1988 - 1992 Study at Faculty of Electrical Engineering - ČVUT Prague, Czech Republic.
1991 – 1996 Employed as designer of electro and avionics equipment of aircrafts in Letecke opravny Kbely s.p.
1997 - 2000 Employed as a designer in ČLS a. s.
2000 ČLS a.s., Quality Manager and Security Director in responsible for development and inspection of quality management system according to ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, PART 145 and PART21. Responsible also for fulfillment of personal and industrial security.

1999 Degree in economics, Faculty of Economics – VŠB-TU Ostrava, Czech Republic.
2000 - 2003 Employed as a Financial Senior Controller and Executive CFO Assistant in Automobiltechnik Praha s.r.o.

2002 Degree in electronics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering - ČVUT Prague, Czech Republic.
2002 - 2005 Employed as a designer in ČLS a. s.
2005 ČLS a.s., Director of Avionics Systems Development Department, responsible for the technical solutions, avionics system configuration and project documentation.

1982 - 1985 Finished his study in Secondary Technical School of Transportation in Prague, Czech Republic.
1985 - 1995 Employed for 3 years as a pulse radio-technician, 3 years as a radio-equipment mechanic and 3 years as a aircraft avionics integration specialist for ACR.
1995 - 1997 Maintenance shop manager in LOK-Duncan Aviation a.s., Czech Republic.
1997 Production Director, type-certified to work on the Mi-8, Mi-2, PZL W-3A, C-90B, L-410, An24/26 a B-757. Certificate Nb. CZ/006062238 holder - technical maintenance of aircraft.
