L-410 – Navigation equipment upgrade

Modern modular B-RNAV system consists of the Rockwell Collins Pro Line II navigation receivers and dual EFIS system with FDS 255K displays which are based on the active matrix LCD display technology.
The system consists of VOR/ILS, MB, DME, GPS, ADF, TCAS and TACAN. The system exploits the original GMK 1AE gyro magnetic system.
To ensure the compatibility between new and original equipment a BPP-410 UVPE interface unit was developed.
