Quality and Certificates

CLS a. s. is a holder of the PART 145 Approval CZ.145.0033 issued by EASA for maintenance. The scope of maintenance approval is shown in Capability List.

CLS a. s. is holder of the PART 21 J Approval EASA.21J.337 issued by EASA for design organizations.

CLS a. s. is a holder since 2004 of the MAA 047 Approval for manufacturing of military aviation equipment issued by Czech Ministry of Defense.

CLS a. s. is a holder since 2006 of the MAA 074 Approval for service activity on a military aircraft equipment issued by Czech Ministry of Defense.

CLS a.s. puts emphasis on quality and is certified by the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance company according to ISO 9001:2000.

The quality is assured by purchase of the equipment and installation material from renowned suppliers only.

All of the procured installation material meets both the Czech CAA, FAA and EASA requirements. The quality is proven by FAA 8130-3, EASA FORM 1 forms and CoC certificates.

CLS a.s. has obtained on November 8, 2007 the "Approval Acknowledgement" for the manufacturing and maintenance in the military aviation ÚVL-OP-038/2007 and ÚVL-OP-039/2007 issued by MAA MoD Slovak Republic.

CLS a. s. is a holder since September 10, 2008 of the certificate of compliance with the AQAP 2110 quality assurance system requirements, No. 121/8-2008, issued by Defence Standardization, Codification and Government Quality Assurance Authority.

CLS a. s. is a holder since October 8, 2007 of the Acceptance Approval Certificate č. ÚVL-OP-038/2007 issued by the Military Aviation Authority of the Slovak Republic.
