Senior Aircraft Technician

Are you passionate about aviation technology and experienced in avionics? Would you like to participate in aircraft modernization projects for both military and civil missions?

We are based at the military airfield in Prague-Kbely and are looking for an experienced Aircraft Technician holding a valid AML Part-66 license, minimum Category B2 (Avionics), with knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and the aviation environment.

We specialize in aircraft modernization projects, avionics upgrades, and the integration of special mission equipment for various military and civil applications. While our primary operations are based in Europe, our projects frequently take us to more remote international locations.

Since 2023, we have proudly been part of Helicopter Alliance, a group of sister companies operating in the USA and Slovakia. Through this partnership, we provide comprehensive support services for the legendary UH-60 Black Hawk® helicopters.

Position Overview

  • Installation of state-of-the-art avionics systems, including communication radios, navigation equipment, and specialized military systems, on various aircraft and helicopter platforms.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault rectification.
  • Cooperation with the engineering team in the design and implementation of aircraft modifications, including resolving technical changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performing measurements, inspections, and testing of installed avionics systems.
  • Participation in ground and flight tests.
  • Reporting project status to the department manager and project team.
  • Sharing expertise and mentoring junior colleagues.

Requirements

  • Valid AML Part-66 license, minimum Category B2 (Avionics).
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and the aviation maintenance environment.
  • Previous experience with aircraft modification and integration projects.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong team-player attitude.
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Valid Category B driving license and active driving experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, precision, flexibility, and teamwork.
